Our Staff

Renée returns to Eagle Eye as Executive Director, having worked in 1997 to expand their signature Learn About Forests™ programs. She founded the Boston Urban Stewards, a community based out of school time program for middle and high school students focused on increasing community awareness and involvement in the care of the urban forest while working for UMass Amherst Extension MA 4H. A certified middle school science teacher, Renée taught several years in the Cambridge public schools after graduating from Harvard University Graduate School of Education and Hampshire College. Her passion addressing racial justice, positive youth development, and environmental sustainability finds fertile soil in the work of Eagle Eye.

MaJa co-founded Eagle Eye Institute in 1991 and is responsible for all financial matters of Eagle Eye including assisting with fundraising.

Kent joined Eagle Eye Institute in spring 2005 as our Program Director. Kent is the former coordinator for Appalachian Mountain Club's Youth Opportunities Program. He has worked in many different areas of the outdoor field as a whitewater rafting guide, a canoe and Leave No Trace instructor, a trip leader, an environmental educator and a designer, developer and facilitator of environmental and adventure based youth programs.

He holds a marketing degree from Moorehouse College and a certificate in outdoor leadership from Greenfield Community College's Outdoor Leadership Program.  In his free time, Kent enjoys tracking, canoeing, hiking and spending time with his family.

Josh Revolorio
IT Administrator & Office Manager

Josh joined Eagle Eye Institute in September 2007 as the IT Administrator and Office Manager. He has worked in the IT field since the age of 16, at first for a non-profit group called Youth Tech Entrepreneurs (YTE) and later as a proprietor of a Web Development firm. More recently he was the Chief Technical Officer for an Amazon Merchant where he wrote database intergration software and managed three departments including IT, Shipping and Inventory.

Having had the experience of being served by a non-proft such as Eagle Eye, as an underserved youth, he finds nothing more valuable than returning the favor. His high sense of values have driven him here and will continue to push him in the future.

In his free time Josh enjoys tapping into his artistic side via an array of mediums that include painting, sculpting, graphic design and carpentry.
