This past fall season, 248 YouthBuild students from Brockton, Fall River, Cambridge, Springfield and New Bedford have participated in our Green Industry Career Pathway program. Many of them have expressed their new fondness for our natural world and have even volunteered to go back to the places they've visited to help continue to steward them.

Students from Tufts University have also participated in our programs as volunteers and have been a tremendous help!

When asked how these programs helped them learn something about themselves YouthBuild students answered with:

"I learned that my friends act a lot different when we are not in the hood."

"I learned that I am very nature oriented."
