Learn More About ForestsGraduates from Learn About Forests are eligible to participate in Eagle Eye Institute's three-day Learn More About Forests program. The three-day forest experience involves two nights of camping in the woods, and hands on learning about forest ecology, soil biology, tree health and tree care. Youth also participate in team building and stewardship activities. Three days of total immersion in the natural environment enable urban youth to see and hear what is around them and to better understand the value of forested environments. |
